Gathering valuable insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, helps inform my design decisions.
Ideate
Brainstorming ideas, good and bad, is crucial to mapping proper journeys and flows that assist me to solve usability issues.
Design
Sketching, wire framing and creating prototypes, low and high fidelity, is crucial to building representations of ideas.
Evaluate
Through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, I can understand and identify opportunities for improvement.
bitABOUT
1995-2005
Just starting out, as a young designer, I graduated with a degree in multi-media and graphic design. My projects focused on interactive CBT courses, animated product demos and large format booth graphics for company trade shows.
2005-2015
With the fast evolution of the internet came the need for companies to have a greater presence via this medium. Evolving with the times I became a freelance web designer for 5 years before re-entering the corporate culture for another 5 years as a web master in FIN Tech.
2015-2024
As mobile apps and ecommerce evolved I felt the increased need to understand a users journey through complex interactions and bring solutions for better usability. UX Design was to become my next step to helping companies retention and conversion rates while, at the same time, providing their customers with a better user experience.

A little about me
I reside in San Jose, CA (heart of Silicon Valley). I’m a little competitive which helps me find the best solutions for a company and it’s customers success. I enjoy the outdoors. Challenging myself to successfully navigate my way to the top of a trail is a great metaphor for how I see my work as a UX Architect.
